A: First, check above the pricing table for the product you need. You should see a link labeled "View Dimensions and Technical Specifications". Clicking on this link will give you more information on the product. If after clicking on this, you still need more information, please send us an email or call
Q: Will my order ship today?
A: Generally, orders placed directly through our website before 3PM EST are shipped the same day. Manual (phone orders) placed before 12PM EST are also shipped the same day. We will do our best to ship web orders placed after 3PM where the requested shipping method is Air that same day. By all means, please feel free to call us after placing your order just to make sure we can ship your order the same day it is placed.
After you order, before you actually receive the material
Q: Can I please have a tracking number for my order?
A: If you provided us with a proper email address when you ordered, you will automatically receive an email from "UPS Quantum View Notify" with the subject "UPS Ship Notification, Tracking Number 1Z....". The shipper is listed as CS Technical Solutions. That is us. This email contains your tracking number.
If you didn't receive this email, first, please check your "junk email" folder. If you still haven't received it, please feel free to send us an email referencing your web-order number (Customer ID) and we'll get you the tracking number.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Sorry, but orders, once shipped are non-cancellable. For more information on our return policy, please see our Shipping and Ordering Policies for more details.
After you receive your material
Q: I received my order, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong size/product/color.
A: If applicable, please do not open any retail packaging. Don't use the material...give us a call 973-364-9990, and we'll get you taken care of right away. Q: I received my order from you, but do not have a copy of the sales receipt. Will you send me one?
A: Of course! Please send us an email referencing the web-order number (customer ID), or the Packing List (invoice) number.
Q: I received my order, and the material is great! How can I order more?
A: You can either place your order on-line, email us, fax us, or call us to place your order. Thank you for your business!
Opening an account with us
Q: I'd like to open an account with you, is there an application/form that I need to fill out?
A: If you're buying from us using a credit card or Paypal, there is no need to set up an account with us. All you need to do is meet our $25 minimum.
In order to get set up with a Net account with us (i.e. Net 30 terms), all you need to do is fax or email your credit references along with an opening order of $200 or more. For repeat customers wishing to move from credit card terms to Net terms, give us a call, we'll look at your order history and consider waiving the $200 requirement.
