Shipping and Ordering
At CableTieGuys.com we specialize in sales to distributors and medium to large OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Among our largest customers are Electrical Distributors and car, truck, boat and airplane manufacturers. We will be happy to customize your order, whether it is custom cut lengths, barcode labels or blind drop shipping, just let us know. We’ll be happy to help.
The Customer Service department at CableTieGuys.com is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (EST). Call us Toll free. We do at times answer the phone after hours, so please don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call us if you have questions. Online orders can be placed anytime, day or night, 7 days a week.
Minimum Order Value
At CableTiesGuys.com, we have tried to keep our minimum order value very low. We have a $25 minimum order. In most cases, this is not an issue since most of our spools cost more than $25. If this is an issue, please let us know, and we will be happy to refer you to one of our distributors. If you are a return customer, and need us to waive this minimum for any reason: just give us a call, we’ll be happy to try to help you out.
CableTieGuys.com accepts online payments with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Corporate credit cards are also welcome. We will also accept Money Order payments sent prior to us shipping the product. Our minimum order for credit card purchases is $25.
Customers wishing to open a corporate account must first get approved for terms with us. Do this by selecting “Money Order” as the method of payment and faxing your credit references to 877-263-3737. In order to get set up on payment terms (i.e. Net 30) with us, we require a minimum first time purchase of $200. This helps us cover the costs of setting up your account, establishing credit, etc. (note - If you wish to purchase less than $200 from us, you can still do so with a credit card (the minimum for credit card purchases is $25.)
Shipping and Handling Charges
CableTieGuys.com ships via UPS to anywhere in the US or Canada, except PO Boxes. Customers wishing to have us use your UPS account are welcome to do so. We require a $200 minimum purchase (the same as if you're opening an account with us). Shipping and handling charges within the US (except AK and HI) are as follows:

Please note - Credit card orders received by phone or fax will be charged an extra handling fee in addition to the above rates. This extra fee will be waived for customers with established history with us and/or customers on Net payment terms with us. This extra fee is not applicable to web orders.
Customers placing web orders for Cable Ties with air shipping will be contacted prior to shipping if the actual cost is higher than what the shopping cart calculates.

When you place an order, you will receive a prompt online confirmation that your order has been received, including an order reference number. We suggest keeping your confirmation until you receive your order just in case you need to check the order status.
All orders for cut pieces or custom cut lengths (which includes all 2:1 polyolefin lengths measuring less than 25 feet) are non-cancellable, non-returnable. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization by CableTieGuys.com. CableTieGuys.com reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Exchanges will gladly be accepted (please call us first). Most of the time, if you exchange one size for another we will waive the restocking fee. Shipping charges unfortunately cannot be refunded, unless the item is deemed defective by CableTieGuys.com. However, please keep in mind, we do not accept ANY returns on PVC Heat Shrink Tubing, (except if we make a mistake on your order). All returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the product ship date, and MUST BE in "new in box" condition.
For Printers - All Dymo label printers in retail packaging are non returnable if the packaging has been opened. Kroy and Datamax printers are returnable under the following conditions in addition to above mentioned conditions. All media (ribbons, tubing, etc) are completely non-refundable if opened or used in any amount.:
Printers are returnable within 7 days (5 working days) with no restocking fee. We must receive the printer back in brand new condition within 7 days of you receiving it in order for you to qualify for a full refund, less supplies (ribbon, tubing) and shipping. After 7 days, but prior to 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee, and if we receive the printer after 30 days, there is a 50% restocking fee. Any return received without the original packaging, manuals, etc will automatically be assessed a 50% restocking fee regardless of date of return. All printer returns must be preapproved by CableTieGuys.com management. No refunds will be given after 60 days.
Like you, we value our privacy on the internet. It is extremely important to us that your privacy is protected. At CableTieGuys.com, we take every necessary step to make sure you are comfortable with how we operate our business. Information that we collect from you, including but not limited to your e-mail address and personal information will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling and tracking your orders. That's it. Your information will not be given to or sold to any outside parties.
We are also very serious about Security. We understand that your credit card information is very important. That is why all of your transactions go through a secure server. Look for the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) symbol at the top of the payment pages. Also, on Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, you will see a "closed lock" or solid key at the bottom of your browser window. Always (on this site or any other) look for these symbols before entering your credit card information.
